Welcome!

We have created Masked Asks especially for you as our HR Professional member (Even we have no idea who has asked the question!).

Sometimes, the ability to ask a question anonymously is important in your HR role as sometimes, a situation may arise at your place of employment that you are not comfortable asking your boss or perhaps you are not sure who to ask. This program allows you to voice your questions on sensitive topics such as harassment or discrimination, without the fear of being singled out or penalized. We also felt that anonymity can encourage transparency and honesty for you, as an HR Professional to receive honest feedback from Peter, and your peers as they are able to comment on your question and Peter’s answer. By providing the option for anonymous questioning, we hope to foster a culture of open communication and trust.
